摘要
目的为临床路径工作推进提供参考。方法利用PDCA，分析临床路径实施过程中存在问题，针对问题制定并执行改进措施，检查改进措施执行效果。结果该院基于信息系统全面推进临床路径，使全院出院患者中进入临床路径比例达到93.4%，完成临床路径比例达87.2%。结论利用信息系统，因地制宜，能够全面推进临床路径管理工作。
Objective To Summarize improvement methods on clinical pathway and provide reference for clinical pathway practice. MethodsThe PDCA cycle was used to analyze the problems during the implementation of clinical pathway which aimed to develop and implement improvement measures and check the effect constantly.ResultsAfter the implementation of clinical pathway based on information system, the proportions of discharged patients entering and completing the clinical pathway had risen to 93.4% and 87.2%.ConclusionBased on information system and according to local condition, the clinical path management can be fully promoted.
