摘要
针对当前配电网开关设备存在一二次分离且二次设备功能相对分散等问题,本文设计了一种一二次融合成套智能开关,并提出了对应的集成化自动测试技术。该融合智能开关仅仅通过一个智能控制单元即可实现配电网的保护测控、电能质量分析以及在线监测等。在此基础上,提出了智能开关设备的测控单元和通信单元测试方法,包括电压电流数据采集、分合闸指令、以及数据通信等,实现了一二次融合智能开关的集成化自动测试和评估。本文所设计的智能开关能够通过一个紧凑开关实现多个功能,且自动测试技术能够大大提高检测工作的效率。
Aiming at the problems of primary and secondary separation of the current distribution network switching equipment and the relative dispersion of secondary equipment,this paper designs a set of primary and secondary fusion intelligent switches,and proposes corresponding integrated automatic testing technology. The fusion intelligent switch can realize protection and control of the distribution network,power quality analysis and online monitoring only through an intelligent control unit. On this basis,the measurement and control unit and communication unit test method of intelligent switchgear are proposed,including voltage and current data acquisition,switching instruction,data communication,etc.,which realizes integrated automatic test of primary and secondary fusion intelligent switches and evaluation. The intelligent switch designed in this paper can realize multiple functions through a compact switch,and the automatic test technology can greatly improve the efficiency of the inspection work.
