稀土微肥对黑果枸杞幼苗耐旱性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨稀土微肥(REE)对干旱胁迫下黑果枸杞幼苗生理的影响,采用聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,研究根施0.3%REE对不同干旱(5%~30%PEG)胁迫下幼苗中丙二醛、脯氨酸含量、抗氧化酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:在不同程度的干旱胁迫下,黑果枸杞幼苗中叶绿素含量显著下降,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量明显上升,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现“先上升,后下降”的趋势,尤其是重度干旱胁迫(PEG≥30%)造成的伤害较大;在干旱胁迫下根施0.3%REE后,幼苗中叶绿素、脯氨酸含量明显升高,丙二醛含量大幅下降,SOD、POD和CAT活性有显著升高;REE对重度干旱胁迫(PEG≥30%)的缓解效果要好于轻中度干旱胁迫(PEG<20%)。说明0.3%REE可通过提高抗氧化代谢酶活性,增加渗透物质的积累等途径来缓解干旱胁迫对黑果枸杞幼苗的伤害。 In order to investigate the effects of rare earth elements(REE)on the physiology of Lycium ruthenium seedlings under drought stress,PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress to study the effects of 0.3%REE on malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro)content and antioxidant enzyme activity of seedlings under drought stress(5%~30%PEG).The results showed that:under different degrees of drought stress,the chlorophyll content in L.ruthenium seedlings significantly decreased,the proline and MDA content significantly increased,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and Catalase(CAT)showed a trend of“first increase,then decrease”,especially the severe drought stress(PEG≥30%)caused more damage.After applying 0.3%REE under drought stress,the content of chlorophyll and Pro increased significantly,the content of MDA decreased significantly,and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased significantly.The effect of exogenous REE on severe drought stress(PEG≥30%)was better than that of mild and moderate drought stress(PEG<20%).These results indicated that 0.3%REE could improve the activity of antioxidant metabolic enzymes and increase the accumulation of osmotic substances to alleviate the damage caused by drought stress.
