摘要 旨在比较FAA混Ⅲ与混II型50th分位男性假人在动态冲击下的动力学响应。首先,基于试验数据,对比分析了两种物理假人头部、腰椎及安全带的动力学响应;其次,建立FAA混Ⅲ型多刚体假人动态冲击模型并验证了其建模方法的有效性。最后,基于FAA混Ⅲ型多刚体假人0°冲击模型,分析了安全带角度对假人关键部位X向峰值位移和安全带峰值载荷响应的影响。结果表明:在0°、60°冲击下,除了头部重心加速度外两种物理假人的其他部位的各响应项差异性在9%之内,在航空座椅适航取证时,使用FAA混Ⅲ型假人评估乘员头部损伤情况更为严酷,在这两种适航验证工况下,数值模型总体上可以反映物理假人身体关键部位、安全带和椅盆的响应;在0°冲击下,随着安全带仰角和张角的增大,安全带峰值载荷和假人整体X向峰值位移线性增大。 The dynamic responses of FAA HybridⅢand HybridⅡ50 th percentile male ATDs are compared.The multi-body numerical analysis models are built up and validated.The influence of lap belt angle on the responses of lap belt and dummy is analyzed.First of all,based on experimental data,the comparison of the dynamic responses of head,lumbar spine,and lap belt of the two kinds of ATD are performed.Secondly,the dynamic impact numerical models of FAA HybridⅢmulti-body ATD are built up and validated with experimental results.Finally,based on 0°impact numerical model of FAA HybridⅢmulti-body ATD,the influence of lap belt angle on X-direction peak displacements of the key part of the dummy,peak load of lap belt are analyzed.The results indicate that,under 0°and 60°impacts,except for the acceleration of the head center of gravity,the differences in the response terms of other parts of the two physical dummy are within 9%.Moreover,for the airworthiness certification of aircraft seat,using FAA HybridⅢATD to assess occupant head injury is more critical.Under two conditions of airworthiness verification,the numerical models reflect the response of key parts of the physical ATD,lap belt and seat pan.Under 0°impact,as pitch angle and field angle of the lap belt increase,the peak load of lap belt increases linearly,and the overall X-direction peak displacement of the dummy increases linearly.
