摘要
目的探讨及时教学法在心内科护理实习带教中的应用意义。方法纳入2017年1月—2018年1月90例心内科护理实习生以数字表法分组。常规组采用常规的护理教学方法,及时组采用及时护理教学模式。比较两组带教老师对心内科护理实习生心内科护理基础理论掌握程度、护理实操技能;心内科护理实习生自主学习项目评价评分(包括自我效能感、网络资源、学习效果、人际互动、网络护理教学意识、学习策略等)。结果及时组护理教学满意度高于常规组,P<0.05;及时组带教老师对心内科护理实习生心内科护理基础理论掌握程度、护理实操技能高于常规组,P<0.05;及时组心内科护理实习生自主学习项目评价评分(包括自我效能感、网络资源、学习效果、人际互动、网络护理教学意识、学习策略等)高于常规组,P<0.05。结论心内科护理实习生实习中采取及时护理教学模式获得的成效非常明显,不仅有利于学生能力的提高,也提高了学生的满意度。
Objective To explore the significance of timely teaching method in nursing practice teaching in the department of cardiology.Methods A total of 90 nursing interns in the department of cardiology from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups by digital table method.The routine group adopted the routine nursing teaching method,and the timely group adopted the timely nursing teaching mode.The degree of mastery of basic nursing theory and nursing skills of interns in cardiology were compared between the two groups,and the evaluation scores of selflearning items of interns in cardiology(including self-efficacy,network resources,learning effect,interpersonal interaction,network nursing teaching consciousness,learning strategies,etc.)were compared between the two groups(including self-efficacy,network resources,learning effect,interpersonal interaction,network nursing teaching consciousness,learning strategies,etc.).Results The satisfaction of nursing teaching in the timely group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the degree of mastery of the basic nursing theory and nursing skills of the interns in the just-in-time group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of autonomous learning items(including self-efficacy,network resources,learning effect,interpersonal interaction,network nursing teaching consciousness,learning strategies,etc.)of nursing interns in the timely group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of adopting timely nursing teaching mode in the practice of nursing interns in cardiology department is very obvious,which is not only beneficial to the improvement of students’ability,but also to the improvement of students’satisfaction.
