摘要
目的分析在心血管内科护理工作中所存在的不安全因素,并予以分析。方法随机选取我院在2016年3月至2019年3月所收治的100例心血管疾病患者的临床资料作为此次研究活动的主要研究对象,并对其进行回顾性分析,最后总结概括其护理情况,分析其不安全因素,并提出针对性改进措施。结果总结并归纳了在心血管内科护理工作中,所存在的部分不安全因素,并提出了针对性改进措施,成果显著。结论在心血管内科护理工作中,护理人员应当加强法律知识学习,应努力提升护理水平,规范日常护理工作,做好记录与资料管理,落实护患沟通工作,以此减少心血管内科护理工作中不安全因素的产生,显著提高护理质量。
Objective to analyze unsafe factors existing in nursing work of cardiovascular internal medicine.Methods choose clinical data of 100 cases cardiovascular disease patients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 randomly as main research objects,carry on retrospective analysis,summarize nursing situation,analyze unsafe factors,and put forward targeted improvement measures.Results the paper summarizes some unsafe factors in cardiovascular medicine nursing work,and puts forward targeted improvement measures,with significant achievements.Conclusion during nursing work of cardiovascular medicine,nursing staffs should strengthen study of legal knowledge,strive to improve nursing level,standardize daily nursing work of records and data management,implement communication between nurses and patients,to reduce insecurity in nursing work of cardiovascular medicine,and improve nursing quality significantly.
