摘要
近年来艺术类大学生弱势群体问题日益突出,对艺术类高校思想政治教育工作提出了全新的挑战和更高的要求。在分析艺术类大学生弱势群体主要类型及形成原因的基础上,阐述了加强艺术类大学生弱势群体思想政治教育环境建设的重要意义,分别从加强人文关怀、完善帮扶政策、注重心理疏导、形成多方合力四方面,提出优化艺术类大学生弱势群体思想政治教育校园环境、制度环境、心理环境和社会环境的有效对策,从大力推动艺术类大学生弱势群体思想政治教育工作向纵深发展。
In recent years, the problem of the disadvantaged group of art college students has become increasingly prominent, which brings new challenges and higher requirements to the ideological and political education of art colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the main types and causes of the disadvantaged groups of art college students, this paper expounds the significance of strengthening the ideological and political education environment construction of the disadvantaged groups of art college students, and proposes effective countermeasures to optimize the campus environment, system environment, psychological environment and social environment of ideological and political education for disadvantaged groups of art college students from four aspects of strengthening humanistic care, improving the support policy, paying attention to psychological counseling, forming multiple resultant forces, then vigorously promote the in-depth development of the ideological and political education of disadvantaged groups of art college students.
