摘要
目的观察白虎汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的效果及对创面愈合时间的影响。方法选取医院2016年3月至2019年3月收治的烧伤患者94例,按入院顺序编号,采用奇偶数法分为观察组和对照组,各47例。两组患者均给予清创、包扎、抗感染等基础治疗,对照组患者加用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗,观察组患者加用白虎汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,均连续治疗至创面愈合。结果治疗后,观察组患者肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,视觉模拟评分(VAS)、换药次数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平、生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.51%,明显低于对照组的23.40%(P<0.05)。结论白虎汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤,能减轻患者的疼痛感,减少换药次数,加速创面愈合,提高生长因子水平,改善其生活质量。
Objective To study the application of Baihu Decoction combined with MEBO in treatingⅡdegree burn patients and its effect on wound healing time.Methods A total of 94 burn patients admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the odd and even number of their admittance order,47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with debridement,bandaging,anti-infection and other basic treatment;the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Baihu Decoction combined with MEBO.Both groups were continuously treated until their wounds were healed.Results After treatment,the growth time of granulation,visual analog scale(VAS)score,dressing change times and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51%,which was significantly lower than 23.40%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihu Decoction combined with MEBO has a good effect in treatingⅡdegree burn patients.It can reduce the pain of patients,reduce the number of dressing changes,promote the rapid healing of wounds,improve the level of growth factors and the quality of life of patients.
