The Difficult Position of the Development of the Professional Practice Ability of the Teachers of Teacher-training Specialty in Local Universities and the Strategies

摘要 地方高校向应用型转型发展对高校教师的专业实践能力提出了更高的要求。地方高校师范专业承担着培养合格的基础教育师资的重任,其教师的专业实践能力发展受到高校管理体制和教师思想观念的制约,表现不尽人意。通过加强高校的精细化管理,以教师专业发展为突破口,多途径促进教师专业实践能力的发展,可以突破目前的困境。 The transformation of the local universities into the applied ones has higher requirements for the practical ability of the university teachers.The teacher-training specialty in local universities shoulders the important task of training the qualified teachers of basic education.The development of the professional practice ability of their teachers is restricted by the administrative system of the universities and the ideas and notions of the teachers,and less than satisfactory hitherto.To break through the present difficult position,universities,taking the professional development of the teachers as sally port,need to boost the development of the professional practice ability of the teachers in diversified ways by enhancing meticulous management of the universities.
