摘要
综合利用现代色谱分离技术得到薰鲁香中3个单萜类化合物,通过MS、一维NMR谱、二维NMR谱和文献比对鉴定M-3、M-4分别为bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid,4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl,bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-carboxaldehyde,4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl;根据化合物M-1的NMR谱发现其结构较为新颖,然而由于M-1易变质,在分离纯化后未能完成鉴定,建议在实验过程中应及时处理实验数据,注意样品避光或低温保存.
Three monoterpenoids from Mastic(Pistacia lentiscus)were separated by using various chromatographic techniques.Based on the analysis of spectroscopic data(MS,1D NMR and 2D NMR)and comparisons with the data reported in the literature,the structures of M-3 and M-4 were identified as bicycle[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid,4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl,bicycle[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-carboxaldehyde,4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl.However,we failed to identify the special structure of Compound M-1.So we recommend that experimental data should be processed in a timely manner and samples should be stored in cool or dark condition.
