摘要
“谁知道”作为一个趋于固化的语言表达式,通常表达言者对所言信息的价值判断和对所述信息的主观认识。从功用上而言,“谁知道”的作用在于引出下文,凸显言者认识立场,呈现前后语段的语义关系,其性质实质为话语标记中的认识立场标记。从历时发展而言,“谁知道”从一个主谓结构演变成为一个话语标记,是语法化、词汇化与主观化相互融合的结果,这种融合伴随着言者主观性表达的规约化使用。其中,疑问代词“谁”的语义虚化和“谁知道”与情态副词的共现等因素在一定程度上增强了“谁知道”的主观性意义。
As an increasingly fixed language unit,shui zhidao often expresses the speaker’s value judgment and subjective understanding of the objective information.In terms of function,Shui zhidao is an epistemic stance marker in nature,which is used to introduce the following text,highlight the speaker’s epistemic stance,present the semantic relationship between the preceding and the following sentences.Shui zhidao has evolved from a subject predicate structure into a discourse marker,which is the integration of grammaticalization,lexicalization and subjectification.This integration is accompanied by the conventionalization of speaker’s subjective expressions.To some extent,the grammaticalization of the interrogative pronoun shui and the co-occurrence of shui zhidao and modal adverbs enhance the subjective meaning of the epistemic stance marker shui zhidao.
