摘要
海洋是人类生产生活的第二拓展空间,是社会经济实现第二次腾飞的重要载体。北部湾区位优势明显,海洋资源富饶,解决北部湾海洋经济可持续发展问题迫在眉睫。文章分析了北部湾海洋产业的发展现状和布局现状,对海洋产业发展基础条件进行了评价,确定了北部湾海洋主导产业,提出了北部湾主要海洋产业空间布局和总体发展布局方案,并提出了北部湾海洋产业规划实施保障措施,以期为北部湾海洋经济可持续发展提供科学依据。
Ocean is the second expanding space for human production and life,and the important carrier for social economy to realize the second takeoff.The Beibu Bulf has obvious regional advantages and rich Marine resources,so it is urgent to solve the problem of sustainable development of the Beibu Gulf marine economy.This paper analyzes present situation of the Beibu Gulf marine industry development and the status quo of the layout evaluated based on the marine industry development condition,to determine its dominant industry,put forward main industrial spatial layout and the overall development plan,as well as the Beibu Gulf marine industry planning and implementation of security measures in order to provide scientific basis for sustainable development of the Beibu Gulf marine economy.
