摘要
目的分析在肿瘤外科护理带教中应用案例教学法对教学质量的改进作用。方法将2018年4月-2019年4月在该院肿瘤外科实习的68名专科护生纳入研究,并随机分为两个组别,给予对照组(34例)常规带教方式,给予实验组(34例)案例教学法。对比两组护生学习后的成绩情况,调查两组护生对带教质量的评价情况。结果实验组学习后理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护生对案例设计、教学态度、解决问题、思维创新的评分上,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法应用于肿瘤外科护理带教中,能够明显提升学生知识掌握能力和实践操作水平,有利于带教质量的不断改进,应用价值明显。
Objective To analyze the improvement of teaching quality by applying case teaching method in the teaching of tumor surgery nursing.Methods 68 specialist nursing students who had undergone oncology surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(34 cases)was given conventional teaching methods and the experimental group(34 cases)was given case teaching method.Compare the performance of the two groups of nursing students after studying,and investigate the evaluation of the quality of teaching by the two groups of nursing students.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after learning,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group scored higher on the students'case design,teaching attitude,problem solving,and thinking innovation In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method applied in the teaching of tumor surgery nursing can significantly improve the students'knowledge grasping ability and practical operation level,which is conducive to the continuous improvement of teaching quality and has obvious application value.
