分体式消隙蜗杆副安装误差对接触强度的影响

Research on influence of installation error of split anti-backlash worm pair on contact strength

摘要 针对分体式消隙蜗杆副结构的消隙特点,提出在安装时需考虑角度误差对消隙蜗杆副接触强度的影响问题。建立了分体式消隙蜗杆副三维模型和有限元模型,基于赫兹接触理论和数值分析方法,计算了不同角度安装误差下,消隙蜗杆副的接触应力和变形。结果表明:分体式消隙蜗杆副结构中蜗轮齿面接触应力和齿变形量与角度安装误差成正相关关系,并且安装误差范围不同时,蜗杆正转和反转情况下蜗杆副的最大变形量的变化趋势不同。研究结果可为分体式消隙蜗杆副的强度计算和安装误差控制提供理论依据。 In light of the anti-backlash characteristics of split anti-backlash worm pair structure,the influence of angle error on contact strength of anti-backlash worm pair should be considered during installation.Three-dimensional model and finite element model of split anti-backlash worm pair are established.Based on Hertz contact theory and numerical analysis method,contact stress and deformation of anti-backlash worm pair under different installation angle errors are calculated.The results show that the contact stress and tooth deformation of worm gear tooth surface in the split anti-backlash worm pair structure have a positive correlation with the angle installation error,and the variation situation of the maximum deformation of worm pair is different when the worm rotates forward and backward when the installation error range is different.The research results can provide theoretical basis for strength calculation and installation error control of split anti-backlash worm pair.
