基于ABAQUS的乳化液泵斜齿轮齿根弯曲应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对大功率乳化液泵斜齿轮齿根容易发生断裂的问题,提出了一种基于ABAQUS的齿根弯曲应力有限元计算方法,该方法通过对斜齿轮最短接触线的长度及其位置坐标进行分析计算,并应用赫兹接触理论求得有限元载荷,从而求解出斜齿轮齿根弯曲应力。通过与传统的理论方法进行对比,结果表明有限元齿根弯曲应力为149 MPa,比理论值要高约14%,因此应用传统方法设计出的斜齿轮安全系数偏高,不能真实地反映斜齿轮的齿根弯曲强度。 In view of frequent tooth-root breaking of the helical gear in high-power emulsion pump, the paper proposed a finite element method of computing the tooth-root bending stress based on ABAQUS. Firstly, the length and position coordinates of the shortest contact line of the helical gear were computed, and then Hertz contact theory was applied to obtain the finite element loadings, so as to solve the tooth-root bending stress of the helical gear. The contrast of the above method and traditional one showed that the finite element tooth- root bending stress was 149 MPa, which was 14% higher than theoretical value. It indicated that the safety coefficient of the helical gear was higher than the one obtained by traditional design method, and could not reflect true tooth-root bending strength of the helical gear.
