摘要
结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,手术联合放化疗是临床治疗结直肠癌患者的常见手段,其中新辅助放化疗已成为结直肠癌患者必备的治疗方案,利于降低病灶的局部发病率,提高生存率,降低术后复发率,效果优于术后同步化疗和术前放疗。该研究对新辅助放化疗在保直肠手术患者中应用进展进行综述,为临床治疗直肠癌患者提供有益的思考。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor disease.Surgery combined with chemoradiotherapy is a common method in the current clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.Among them,neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy has become an indispensable solution for colorectal cancer treatment.Neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy can effectively reduce the local incidence of lesions in patients with rectal cancer and increase Survival rate and postoperative recurrence rate are significantly better than concurrent chemotherapy and preoperative radiotherapy.This article reviews the application of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in rectal-preserving surgery,and provides useful thinking for the treatment of rectal cancer.
