摘要
目的探讨口腔正畸联合修复治疗错颌伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的78例错颌伴牙列缺损患者,将其随机分为对照组(39例,口腔正畸治疗)与观察组(39例,口腔正畸+修复治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的口腔美观、咀嚼功能、舒适程度及固定情况评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合修复治疗错颌伴牙列缺损的临床效果显著,可降低患者的不良反应发生率,改善口腔功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral orthodontics combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.Methods A total of 78 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(39 cases,oral orthodontics treatment)and observation group(39 cases,oral orthodontics+rehabilitation treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of oral beauty,masticatory function,comfort degree and fixation in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral orthodontics combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the oral function of patients.
