摘要
为解决斜沟煤矿综采工作面采掘衔接紧张和迎采动压巷道支护困难的问题,采用“滑移式临时支护装置+液压锚杆钻车”的快速掘进支护体系控制迎采动压巷道顶部岩体,现场使用结果表明:顶板离层量较小,裂隙发育较缓,有效改善了掘进期间的应力环境;同时月掘进进尺逐月提高,可达450 m,有效提升了掘进效率。
In order to solve the problems of tight connection of mining and difficult support of the fully mechanized working face in Xiegou mine,the rapid excavation support system of sliding temporary support device and hydraulic bolt drill car is adopted to control the rock mass at the top of the roadway.The field application results show that the roof separation is small,the crack development is slow,and the stress environment during the excavation is effectively improved,at the same time the driving is increased month by month,up to 450 m,effectively improving the driving efficiency.
