摘要
目的汇总分析北京市2017和2018年社区卫生服务中心的药物处方,比较总结近两年处方的基本情况。方法分别集中抽取北京市16个区县2017年和2018年社区卫生服务中心的处方50189张和63135张,按照处方点评标准对其点评,并按年对用药情况进行分析比较。结果2017年和2018年北京市社务卫生服务中心的处方金额比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),平均处方金额约165元,但2018年注射剂使用率明显低于2017年(P<0.05);2017年和2018年北京市社区卫生服务中心门诊处方不合理处方比例分别为13.39%、14.62%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主要不合理问题为用法用量不合理。结论通过比较近两年北京社区卫生服务中心处方点评的结果发现,2018年处方点评不合理情况较2017年有所下降,但是国家基本药物使用率也有所降低应应引起注意。
Objective To collect and analyze drug prescriptions in Beijing community health service centers in 2017 and 2018,and to compare and summarize basic conditions of the prescriptions in the past 2 years.Methods A total of 50,189 prescriptions and 63,135 prescriptions were collected from the community health service centers of 16 districts and counties in Beijing in 2017 and 2018,respectively.They were reviewed according to prescription review criteria,and yearly drug use was compared and analyzed.Results In 2017 and 2018,there was no difference in prescription amount in the Beijing community health service centers.The average prescription amount was about 165 yuan.But the use of injections in 2018 was significantly lower than that in 2017(P<0.05).Unreasonable rates of prescriptions in the Beijing community health service centers in 2017 and 2018 were 13.39%and 14.62%,respectively,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Main unreasonable problems were unreasonable usage and dosage.Conclusion By comparing the results of prescription review in the Beijing community health service centers in the past 2 years,it is found that the unreasonable conditions of prescription review in 2018 have been decreased compared with those in 2017,but the use rate of national essential drugs has also been decreased,which should be noted.
