摘要
高压断路器是电网重要的保护和控制设备,断路器操动机构的缺陷与故障严重影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。分合闸线圈作为断路器操动机构的关键部件,线圈电流包含大量机构运行状态的信息。为深入探索造成分合闸线圈电流波形差异的原因,文中通过在实际断路器上的缺陷与故障模拟研究,对影响断路器分合闸线圈电流的因素进行了深入分析,区分出由于断路器本体特征和环境特征不同,造成的断路器个体之间的分合闸线圈电流的指纹特征差异。同时重点分析4种不同机构缺陷情况下线圈电流的变化特征,据此提出了基于分合闸电流波形的断路器机构状态评估关键点,为断路器智能化状态评估的实际应用奠定了基础。
High voltage circuit breakers are important protection and control equipment for the power grid.The de⁃fects and faults of the circuit breaker seriously affect the safety and stability of the power system.As the key compo⁃nent of the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker,the opening/closing coils contain a large amount of informa⁃tion about the operating status of the mechanism.In order to investigate the cause of the difference in the current waveforms,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the circuit breaker opening/closing coil current through the simu⁃lation of the defect and fault in the actual circuit breaker,and distinguishes the fingerprint characteristics difference of the opening/closing current caused by the environmental difference and structural difference.At the same time,the characteristics of coil current changes under four different types of mechanism defects are analyzed.The key points of status evaluation of circuit breaker mechanism base on opening/closing current waveform are proposed,which lays a foundation for the practical application of intelligent status evaluation of circuit breaker.
