550kV高压断路器分合闸电磁铁的仿真建模和故障诊断研究 被引量:19

摘要 分合闸电磁铁是高压断路器机构的关键部位,其正常运行直接影响了断路器机构的可靠性.文中建立了550kV断路器机构的8S004024型分合闸电磁铁的仿真模型,获得正常仿真电流波形,并与正常试验波形对比,验证了仿真模型的有效性,表明仿真模型能反映电磁铁的实际运行状况.在此基础上,仿真了不同故障条件下的线圈电流波形,提取了特征参数,并分析了特征参数的变化规律.然后基于试验和仿真电流波形,采用支持向量机法进行故障诊断,实现对分合闸电磁铁的故障诊断. The opening/closing electromagnetic is the key part of high voltage circuit breaker mechanism,and its normal operation directly affects the reliability of circuit breaker mechanism.In this paper,the simulation model of the 8S004024-typed electromagnet of 550kV circuit breaker mechanism is constructed,and the normal simulation current waveform is obtained and then compared with the normal test waveform,and the validity of the simulation model is verified,which shows that the simulation model can reflect the actual operation status of the electromagnet.On this basis,the coil current waveforms under different fault conditions are simulated,the characteristic parameters are extracted,and the variation laws of the characteristic parameters are analyzed.Furthermore,based on simulated and experimental current waveforms,the SVM algorithm is used to diagnose the fault of the closing/opening electromagnet.
