摘要
采用温室盆栽法对山荆子(Malus baccata(L.)Borkh.)和湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd.)两种海棠幼苗进行盐胁迫试验,研究了不同盐处理(0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)35d对两种苗木的叶片形态、叶绿素质量分数、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、可溶性糖质量分数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)等各项指标的影响。研究结果表明:(1)随着盐质量分数的增加和胁迫时间的延长,两种海棠叶片出现失绿、焦枯甚至整株死亡,山荆子开始失绿的时间较湖北海棠早,且焦枯症状更为严重。(2)两种海棠叶片的叶绿素质量分数随着盐胁迫时间的延长呈下降趋势,但湖北海棠下降幅度远小于山荆子且含量始终高于山荆子。(3)随着盐胁迫时间延长,两种海棠MDA质量摩尔浓度呈上升趋势,胁迫结束时山荆子MDA质量摩尔浓度远高于湖北海棠。(4)两种海棠的可溶性糖质量分数在胁迫前期随盐质量分数的增加呈上升趋势,在胁迫后期随盐质量分数的增加呈先升高后降低趋势。整个胁迫期间,湖北海棠可溶性糖质量分数均高于山荆子。(5)两种海棠SOD、POD和CAT活性随胁迫时间延长总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,而湖北海棠的各酶活性峰值滞后山荆子一周,且活性始终高于山荆子,说明湖北海棠耐盐性高于山荆子。
The influence of different concentrations of NaCl(0%,0.1%,0.3% and 0.5%)for 35 d on the growth and physiological characteristics(Leaf morphology,Chlorophyll mass fraction,Soluble sugar mass fraction,MDA,SOD and CAT)of one-year-old seedlings of two Malus species were studied by pot culture in the plastic greenhouse.The results were as followed:(1)With the increase in the intensity of NaCl stress and the prolongation of stress time,the two Malus suffered serious salt damage,such as chlorosis of leaves,burning and even death.The beginning of chlorosis of M.baccata were earlier than that of M.hupehensis,and the symptoms of burning and withering were more serious.(2)The chlorophyll content showed a reduction under the salt stress,but the decreasing extent of M.hupehensis was much smaller than that of M.baccata and the content was always higher.(3)During the period of salt stress,the content of MDA showed a downward trend,and MDA content of M.baccata was much higher than M.hupehensis’s at the end of salt stress.(4)The soluble sugar content of osmotic regulators raised with the increasing salt concentration in the early stage of stress,and increased first and then declined in the late stage of stress.During the whole stress period,the soluble sugar content of M.hupehensis was higher than that of M.baccata.(5)The activities of SOD,POD and CAT stimulated first and then decreased with the prolongation of stress time.The peak activity of each enzyme of Malus hupehensis was one week behind Malus baccata’s,and the activity was higher than Malus baccata’s.The results showed that the salt tolerance of M.hupehensis was higher than that of M.baccata.
