摘要
为明确哈茨木霉菌对大白菜的促生作用及对根肿病的防治效果,本试验采用盆栽法,分别设置不同浓度的哈茨木霉菌(0.75×10^6、1.50×10^6、3.00×10^6 CFU/mL)、50%氟啶胺悬浮剂(对照药剂,250 mg/L)、清水(空白对照,CK)处理,测定不同处理对白菜根肿病的防治效果及对大白菜生长的影响。结果表明,经哈茨木霉菌处理的大白菜出苗率与CK无显著差异,根长、单株鲜重均显著高于CK,株高明显高于CK。哈茨木霉菌浓度为1.50×10^6、3.00×10^6 CFU/mL时,对白菜根肿病的病株防效分别为70.80%、71.11%,病指防效分别为84.95%、85.26%,与对照药剂差异不显著;哈茨木霉菌浓度为0.75×10^6 CFU/mL时,对白菜根肿病的病株和病指防效分别为50.47%、62.49%,显著低于其它处理。综上,哈茨木霉菌对大白菜具有防病和促生作用,建议使用浓度为1.5×10^6 CFU/mL以上。
Growth-promotion and control effect of Trichoderma harzianum WP against Chinese cabbage clubroot were studied through pot test.The treatments were designed as 0.75×10^6,1.50×10^6 and 3.00×10^6 CFU/mL of Trichoderma harzianum WP,250 mg/L of fluazinam SP and water(CK).The results showed that germination rate of Chinese cabbage under the treatments of T.harzianum WP was not different from that of CK;root length and fresh weight per plant were significantly higher,and plant height was obviously higher compared CK.The stem control effects of T.harzianum WP to Chinese cabbage clubroot were 70.80%and 71.11%,and the control effects based on disease index were 84.95%and 85.26%at the concentration of 1.50×10^6 and 3.00×10^6 CFU/mL,respectively,which were not significantly different from fluazidime.The control effects of 0.75×10^6 CFU/mL based on plants and diseased index were 50.47%and 62.49%,which were significantly lower compared the other treatments.In conclusion,T.harzianum had better control effects against Chinese cabbage clubroot and could promote the growth of Chinese cabbage.The concentration over 1.5×10^6 CFU/mL was recommended.
