摘要
传统隧道施工过程中机械通风、除尘方式存在成本高、效率低、烟雾弥漫巷道等问题,为此,在排烟除尘研究的基础上,采用可移动装置,主动将废气吸入过滤箱进行处理。将物理与化学净化结合,自主深度除尘降害、净化洞内空气,实现短时间内改善洞内作业环境,为隧道安全、快速施工提供保障。工程实践应用表明,该除尘系统效率高、净化率高、成本低、安全、易操作。
In the process of traditional tunnel construction,mechanical ventilation and dedusting methods have some problems such as high cost,low efficiency,and smoke-filled roadways.Therefore,based on the research of smoke exhaust and dedusting,mobile devices are used to actively suck exhaust gas into the filter box for treatment.Combining physical and chemical purification,it can autonomously and deeply dedust and reduce harm,purify the air in the cave,achieve a short time to improve the working environment in the cave,and provide guarantee for the safety and rapid construction of tunnels.Engineering practices show that the dedusting system has high efficiency,high purification rate,low cost,safety and easy operation.
