摘要
扬尘作为一种常见的无组织排放源,是大气污染物的重要组成部分。随着环境质量要求的提高,扬尘的高效去除问题受到重视。研究揭示湿式抑尘的作用机理,分析影响抑尘效率的条件因素,对不同湿式方法抑制扬尘的工艺特点及应用情况进行评价。结果表明,湿式抑尘技术主要作用机理为碰撞、拦截、重力沉降、布朗扩散,细水雾与粉尘间存在核化凝结过程与斯蒂芬流输送作用。雾滴粒径越小越有利于小颗粒的捕捉,传统的湿式抑尘方式对10μm以下的可吸入性粉尘去除效果较差,耗水量较高;超声波雾化技术效果较好,能有效去除微细扬尘颗粒;吸收式湿式抑尘与广泛的多领域应用是未来湿式抑尘技术的发展方向。
As a common unorganized emission source,fugitive dust is an important part of air pollutants.With the improvement of environmental quality requirements,the efficient removal of fugitive dust has been paid attention to.This paper reveals the mechanism of wet dust suppression,analyzes the conditions and factors affecting the dust suppression efficiency,and evaluates the process characteristics and application of different wet methods to suppress dust.The results show that the main mechanism of wet dust suppression technology is collision,interception,gravity sedimentation and Brownian diffusion.There is nucleation condensation process and Stephen flow transport between water mist and dust.The smaller the droplet size,the more conducive to the capture of small particles.The traditional wet dust suppression method has poor removal effect on inhalable dust below 10μm and high water consumption.Ultrasonic atomization technology has good effect and can effectively remove fine dust particles.Absorption wet dust suppression and its wide application in many fields are the development direction of wet dust suppression technology in the future.
