摘要
基于铁矾渣制备免烧砖的资源化利用实践,本文对铁矾渣干重掺量达34.8%的试砖进行抗压强度和重金属浸出检测,并利用XRF和XRD分析其化学组成和物相组分。结果发现,试砖的抗压强度达19.68 MPa,7种重金属浸出值均满足要求。然而,试砖的泛碱问题依旧突出,这也是降低其应用过程中耐久性的主要因素。经分析,其泛碱主要物质是Na2SO4。本文提出了3种改善措施,对尽快实现铁矾渣在建筑材料中的无尾化利用具有显著的现实意义。
Based on the practice of resource-based utilization of jarosite slag for the preparation of non-fired bricks,this paper tested the compressive strength and leaching of heavy metals for test bricks with a dry weight of jarosite slag of 34.8%,and used XRF and XRD to analyze its chemical composition and phase composition.It was found that the compressive strength of the test brick reached 19.68 MPa,and the leaching values of the seven heavy metals all met the requirements.However,the pan-alkali problem of the test brick was still outstanding,which was also the main factor that reduced the durability of its application process.After analysis,the main substance of ubiquitin was Na2SO4.This paper proposed three kinds of improvement measures,which had significant practical significance for the realization of tailless utilization of jarosite slag in building materials as soon as possible.
