摘要
某铅锌冶炼厂锌浸渣化学成分复杂,各金属矿物相互交代,嵌布关系极为密切,主要有用元素银含量为267.00 g/t,存在形态复杂,65.43%的银以铅铁矾的形式存在,难以直接浮选回收。将该渣热分解预处理后进行银的浮选试验,结果表明,热分解产物经1粗1精1扫、中矿集中再选后返回流程处理,可以获得银品位为5 434.00g/t、回收率为72.59%的银精矿。
The zinc slag from a lead and zinc smelter has complex chemical composition. Each metallic mineral has a mutual metasoniatism and a close disseminated relationship. The main useful element contains silver of 267.00 g/t in com- plex occurrence. 65.43% of silver occurs in the form of plumbojarosite, resulting in difficuhy to realize direct flotation. The technical conditional tests are made for the zinc slag processed by the chemical heat decomposition. The results show that under the optimum conditions, silver concentrate with silver grade of 5 434.00 g/t and recovery of 72.59% were ob- tained by adopting the process of one-roughing, one cleaning, one scavenging and middies back to the flow-sheet in turn.
