摘要
目的:探讨眼肿瘤患者真实的症状体验和需求认知,为进一步制定促进其身心健康的个性化护理措施、提升护理质量提供依据。方法:应用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对12例眼肿瘤患者进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音并笔录,借助NVivo 10.0软件,使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析,提炼出主题。结果:眼肿瘤患者症状体验和需求认知可归纳为5个主题:自身形象改变;心理负担过重;面临各种压力;对信息和心理支持的需求;对未来职业生涯的不确定感。结论:护士在临床工作中应给予患者针对性的信息支持,提供专业的心理支持,帮助患者建立积极的应对方式,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the true symptom experience and demand recognition of patients with ocular tumor,for further development of strategy and providing a basis to improve the quality of nursing.Methods:Totally 12 patients with ocular tumors were selected by purposive sampling and received face-to-face semi-structural interview.The data were analyzed with NVivo 10.0 according to Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis method to collate and refine different topics.Results:The symptomatic experience and needs recognition of eye tumor patients can be summarized into five theme:self-image change;psychological burden is too heavy;face various pressures;demand for information and psychological support;uncertainty about future careers.Conclusion:Nurses should provide targeted information support in clinical work,provide professional psychological support,and help patients establish positive coping styles to improve their quality of life.
