摘要
采用文献分析法、访谈法、实地考察法探讨福建省残疾人群众体育在“十三五”期间的运行现状及困境,提出福建省残疾人群众体育持续良好发展的建议:启用自下而上参与式治理模式;建设包容性场地,倡导残健融合运动;拓宽人才培养渠道,吸纳新生力量;统筹社会资源,推动各方资源合理利用.
Based on the investigation of the sports situation of the disabled people in some cities in Fujian Province,the literature analysis method,interview method,field visits were used to explore the current situation and dilemma of the disabled sports in Fujian Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.Put forward suggestions for the sustainable and good development of mass sports for the disabled in Fujian:enable a bottom-up participatory governance model;build inclusive venues,integrate disabled sports;expand talent training channels,absorb new forces;coordinate social resources and promote resources for all parties reasonable use.
