摘要
鉴于传统评价方法识别发电商合谋竞价存在的不足,本文提出了一种基于云模型的模糊综合评判识别方法。首先,在综合考虑发电商市场地位及报价策略的基础上,构建发电商合谋竞价行为综合评价指标体系。其次,考虑到评价指标重要性判断矩阵以及隶属度的确定容易受主观因素的影响,引入正态云模型来构建权重云模型及正态隶属云,进而提出现货市场下基于云模型的发电商合谋竞价模糊综合评判方法,识别并确定存在合谋竞价行为的发电商。最后,对东部某省现货市场试运行中各发电商的真实报价数据进行分析,分析结果证明了本文方法的合理性及有效性。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods to identify collusive bidding of power generators,this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and recognition method based on cloud model.First of all,on the basis of comprehensively considering the market position and quotation strategy of power generators,a comprehensive evaluation index system of power generators’collusive bidding behavior is constructed.Secondly,considering that the determination of the evaluation index importance judgment matrix and the degree of membership are susceptible to subjective factors,a normal cloud model is introduced to construct a weight cloud model and a normal membership cloud,and then a power model collusion based on cloud model in the spot market bidding fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify and determine power generators with collusive bidding behavior.Finally,the real quotation data of various power generators in the trial operation of a spot market in an eastern province are analyzed,and the analysis results prove the rationality and effectiveness of the method in this paper.
