上塘河流域反向自流配水可行性探讨

摘要 通过对杭州市上塘河流域引配水现状,以及河道水位、水质等条件的分析,提出上塘河流域反向自流配水的设想。利用上塘河流域上下游河道之间水位差较大,以及近年来流域整体水质明显改善等条件,采用以自然流态为主、机械设备为辅的反向引配水方式,不仅能减少人力和物力支出,节约大量能源消耗,同时也能使河道的生态自然修复与精准引配水相结合。 Based on the analysis of current water diversion and distribution in Shangtang River Basin and that of water level and water quality of the river,an assumption of reverse flow water distribution in Shangtang River Basin is put forward in the article.Due to the large differencein water level between upper and lower watercourse of Shangtang River and the overall improvement of water quality in recent years,the way of reverse water diversion and distribution with natural flow pattern as the main and mechanical equipment as the supplementis applied so as to reduce the expenditure of human and material resources with less energy consumption,which,at the same time,combines the ecological and natural restoration of the river with precise water diversion and distribution.
