摘要
近年来,城市化快速发展加之特殊的地理环境使得福州城市森林的碎片化、极端高温天气等问题日益突出。福州市将城市森林作为有生命的绿色基础设施,于2014年开始国家森林城市建设,2017年10月获得“国家森林城市”称号,通过3年多的建设,各项指标都达到或超过国家森林城市标准。其中,市域森林覆盖率为56.00%,建成区人均公园绿地面积15.05 m^2,公园绿地500 m服务半径覆盖比例为91.90%,村庄林木绿化率为41.59%,水岸林木绿化率为95.02%,道路林木绿化率为92.32%,均比建设基期有较大提高,超出国家森林城市指标标准较多。郊区森林自然度提高到0.5906;公众对森林城市建设的支持率和满意度超过99%。同时对福州市森林城市建设中存在的不足和今后的发展方向进行讨论,以期为福州市国家森林城市中远期(2018—2025年)建设和其他地区森林城市建设提供借鉴。
Recent years,the rapid development of urbanization and the special geographical environment have made the fragmentation of urban forests and extreme high temperature weather increasingly prominent in Fuzhou.Taking urban forest as living green infrastructure,Fuzhou started the construction of National Forest City in 2014 and won the title of“National Forest City”in October 2017.Through more than three years of construction,all the indicators have reached or exceeded the national forest city standard.The urban forest coverage rate was 56.00%,the per capita park green area of the built-up area was 15.05 m 2,the service radius coverage ratio of the park green space of 500 meters was 91.90%.The tree green coverage rate of the village,the water bank and the road was 41.59%,95.02%and 92.32%respectively.They were higher than the basic construction period and the National Forest City index standard.The forest naturalness in suburb has increased to 0.5906.Public support and satisfaction with forest city construction was over 99%.At the same time,the deficiencies in the construction of forest city in Fuzhou and the future construction direction were discussed,in order to provide reference for the construction of National Forest City in Fuzhou in the medium and long term(2018-2025)and the construction of forest city in other areas.
