摘要
目的 探讨问题式教学方式在妇产临床带教中的应用效果.方法 选取2013年3月-2018年3月在该院妇产科实习的医学生40名,随机分为两组,对照组采用灌输式教学方法,观察组采用问题式教学方法,比较两组学生心理状况评分、出科成绩、病例分析成绩、师生相互满意度评分.结果 观察组心理状态评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出科成绩和病例分析成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组师生互相满意度评分优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用问题式教学方式,能更好地培养学生的兴趣和思维能力,学生出科成绩和病例分析成绩显著提高,师生相互满意度提升,该教学方式可广泛应用.
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Forty medical students from March 2013 to March 2018 in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted indoctrination teaching method,and the observation group adopted question-based teaching method.Case analysis results,mutual satisfaction scores between teachers and students.Results The observation group's mental state score was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's outpatient performance and case analysis score were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's teacher-student mutual satisfaction score was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based teaching method can better cultivate students'interest and thinking ability.Students'academic performance and case analysis results have improved significantly,and mutual satisfaction between teachers and students has improved.This teaching method can be widely applied.
