摘要
目的探讨无痛人流术中应用缩宫素对患者麻醉镇痛效果的影响。方法选择2014年11月-2017年3月天津市滨海新区妇女儿童保健和计划生育服务中心自愿实施无痛人流术患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,观察组术中给予芬太尼+丙泊酚+缩宫素,对照组给予芬太尼+丙泊酚,比较两组用药效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术中丙泊酚的使用量、术后30minVAS评分明显高于对照组;对照组患者术中的麻醉效果优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中呼吸抑制,术后恶心、呕吐,躁动等不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛人流术中静脉注射缩宫素会导致患者术中术后疼痛程度增加,建议在无痛人流术中若应用缩宫素,应适当增加芬太尼及丙泊酚的用量。
Objective To study the effect of oxytocin on the analgesic effect of anesthesia in patients with painless abortion.Methods From November 2014 to March 2017,100 patients who voluntarily performed painless abortion in Tianjin Binhai New District Women and Children Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.Fentanyl,Propofol and Oxytocin were given in the observation group during operation,while Fentanyl and Propofol were given in the control group.The efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The dosage of propofol during operation and VAS score of 30 minutes after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the anesthesia effect in the control group was better than that in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the occurrence condition of respiratory suppression during operation,postoperative nausea and vomiting,agitation and other adverse reactions after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of oxytocin during painless abortion could increase the degree of pain during and after operation.It was suggested that if oxytocin was used in painless abortion,the dosage of fentanyl and propofol should be increased appropriately.
