摘要
目的探讨对终止早孕孕妇应用无痛人流麻醉的临床效果及人流后宫缩痛的影响分析。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月四川省隆昌市人民医院诊治的288例终止早孕孕妇作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(无痛人流麻醉治疗)和对照组(传统人工流产治疗),每组144例孕妇。比较治疗后两组孕妇的临床流产率、手术时间、术中出血情况、吸宫情况、术后并发症发生率、人流后宫缩痛、治疗依从性等指标。结果经治疗后,观察组孕妇的手术时间、吸宫不全概率、漏吸概率低于对照组孕妇的手术时间、吸宫不全概率、漏吸概率;观察组孕妇的总并发症发生概率(2.08%)显著低于对照组孕妇的总并发症发生概率(14.58%);观察组孕妇的人流后宫缩痛指标显著优于对照组孕妇人流后宫缩痛指标;观察组孕妇的治疗依从率(99.31%)显著高于对照组孕妇的治疗依从率(74.31%),其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组孕妇的完全流产率为(99.31%),对照组孕妇的完全流产率为(99.31%),两组流产效果均较好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组孕妇术中出血量比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论对于终止早孕孕妇采取无痛人流麻醉治疗,可以有效改善孕妇临床相关指标,减缓孕妇术后宫缩痛以及治疗依从性,有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of painless induced abortion anesthesia for termination of early pregnancy and the effect of uterine contraction after abortion. Methods 288 cases of termination of early pregnancy in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into observation group(painless abortion anesthesia treatment) and control group(traditional abortion treatment), 144 cases in each group. The clinical abortion rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, uterine aspiration, incidence of postoperative complications, uterine contraction pain after induced abortion and treatment compliance were compared. Results After treatment, the operation time, the probability of incomplete uterine aspiration, the probability of leakage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence of total compliances in the observation group(2.08%)was lower than that in the control group(14.58%);the index of uterine contraction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group;the treatment compliance rate of the observation group(99.31%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.31%), all with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The complete abortion rate in the observation group and control group was both 99.31%, without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the volume of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Painlessartificial abortion anesthesia for termination of early pregnancy can effectively improve the clinical related indicators of patients, alleviate the pain of uterine contraction and treatment compliance after operation, with a high clinical value.
