摘要
以装配式纯木结构构造节点简化研究为导向,综合研究方榫方卯节点构造工况稳定性和圆榫圆卯节点构造加工高效性,设计出了具有实践意义的"方-圆节点"体系,对"方-圆节点组"框架进行了组装验证;研究过程发挥计算机编程的精准性优势,用程序驱动机械臂进行准确操作,通过实物模型加工验证的方式,验证了圆榫作为锚固构件的有效性,初步探索了重组竹的铣切加工工艺;选取了简化程度最高的两种方-圆节点,进行模拟应用设计。研究从数字建造层面对纯木结构构造具有创新意义,对探索和推进装配式木结构建造体系具有实践意义。
Guided by the simplified study of assembled pure wood structure construction nodes, this paper made a comprehensive study of the stability of the construction conditions of the square mortise and the efficiency of the round mortise construction and processing, and designed a practical "square-circle node" system. We tested the "square-circle node group" framework in way of assembly. In the research process, the robot was driven by the program for accurate operation. The physical model was used to verify the effectiveness of the round mortise as an anchoring attachment. The milling and cutting process of the reorganized bamboo were initially explored. Two types of square-circle nodes with the highest degree of simplification are designed for simulation applications. The research has innovating significance on the field of pure wood structure construction from the digital construction level. It has practical significance on the exploration and promotion of assembly wood construction system.
