摘要
计算机软件和算法为建筑师带来了非线性建筑形式,由此产生了非线性建筑建造工程的需求。本文使用机械臂混凝土加工系统提高了建筑构件加工的效率,针对非线性建筑构件加工难度大、安装难度大等特点,通过上海智慧弯步行桥工程进行应用探索,总结了一套使用机械臂混凝土加工系统建造建筑的工程应用流程及工艺,展示了机械臂混凝土加工系统在建筑建造中的优势,对未来更多相关建筑工程有示范意义。
Computer software and algorithms bring nonlinear architectural forms to architects,which leads to the demand of nonlinear architectural engineering applications.In this paper,the mechanical arm concrete processing system is used to improve the efficiency of the building component processing.According to the characteristics of difficult processing and installation of nonlinear building components,through the application exploration of Shanghai smart bend pedestrian bridge project,a set of engineering application methods and processes for building using mechanical arm concrete processing system are summarized.It shows the advantages of manipulator concrete processing system in building construction,and looks forward to more related construction engineering applications in the future.
