新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医护人员焦虑相关因素与对策 被引量:5

Factors and Countermeasures of Anxiety of Medical Staff during the Outbreak of COVID-19

摘要 目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间医护人员的焦虑现况,探讨影响医护人员焦虑症状相关因素,为采取有效干预措施提供参考。方法采用抽样方法抽取共394名医护人员,使用问卷调查方式调查,调查表采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据处理,相关因素进行单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析。结果医护人员焦虑检出率35.03%,其中轻度焦虑79名,占57.25%,中度焦虑43名,占31.16%,重度焦虑16名,占11.59%。单因素分析:年龄(岁)、职称、感染科、急诊科、重症医学科、工作年限(年)、工作身份、工作时间长工作量增加、是否担心晋升受到影响、是否担心感染家人与亲属、是否担心自己受到感染、是否担心自己的劳动与付出得不到回报、是否担心诊疗错误、是否担心家人缺乏理解与支持、是否对工作环境不满意、是否担心受不到领导肯定、担心受不到社会支持理解、是否担心接触疑似或确诊患者情况、是否担心没有人身保险情况、是否担心个人防护用品不足等因素在焦虑与非焦虑医护人员间有统计学差异意义;Logistic多因素回归分析显示,感染科、急诊科、重症医学科、担心自己受到感染、担心缺乏家人理解与支持、担心不受到领导肯定、担心不受到社会支持理解、担心接触疑似或确诊患者情况、担心个人防护用品不足为焦虑症状危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 COVID-19疫情期间医护人员一定程度存在焦虑症状,心理负担增加,针对性采取积极干预措施提高医护人员心理健康水平。 Objective To investigate the COVID-19 during the epidemic period,and to explore the related factors of anxiety symptoms,and to provide reference for effective intervention measures.Methods a total of 394 medical and nursing staff were selected by sampling method,and investigated by questionnaire.SAS was used in the questionnaire,spss22.0 was used for data processing,and single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis was used for the relevant factors.Results The detection rate of anxiety was 35.03%,of which 79 were mild anxiety(57.25%),43 were moderate anxiety(31.16%),16 were severe anxiety(11.59%).Univariate analysis:age(years),professional title,infection department,emergency department,critical medicine department,working years(years),working identity,long working hours and increased workload,whether to worry about the impact of promotion,whether to worry about infecting family members and relatives,whether to worry about being infected,whether to worry about not getting paid back for their work and efforts,whether to worry about diagnosis and treatment errors,whether to worry about differences between anxious and non anxious medical staff in the factors of worrying about family members’lack of understanding and support,whether they were not satisfied with the working environment,whether they were worried about not being affirmed by the leaders,whether they were worried about not being understood by social support,whether they were worried about contacting suspected or diagnosed patients,whether they were worried about not having personal insurance,whether they were worried about the lack of personal protective products,etc;Logistic multiple factor regression analysis showed that the risk factors of anxiety symptoms were infection department,emergency department,critical medicine department,worried about their own infection,worried about lack of family understanding and support,worried about not being affirmed by leaders,worried about not being understood by social support,worried about contact with suspected or confirmed patients,worried about lack of personal protective equipment(P<0.05).Conclusion The COVID-19 epidemic period has certain anxiety symptoms and psychological burden,and targeted interventions should be taken to improve the mental health level of medical staff.
