岩土工程用玄武岩纤维复合材料耐久性研究

摘要 为了提高长期使用条件下玄武岩纤维复合材料的耐久性,针对岩土工程用玄武岩纤维复合材料展开研究。以双向编织的玄武岩纤维板为实验材料,采用非破坏性试件的实验方法,测试了玄武岩纤维板在紫外辐照下的耐久性。实验结果显示,在紫外线的辐照下,玄武岩纤维板试件的表面发黄,而且光泽度逐渐消失,导致其质量明显下降;试件在纵向拉伸条件下的破坏模式仍然保持脆性破坏,紫外老化对荷载与位移关系、应力与应变关系几乎没有任何影响;紫外老化初期,试件的力学性能逐渐提高,以非破坏性试件的弹性模量作为实验的评价指标,能够有效降低实验误差。 In order to improve the durability of basalt fiber composite materials under long term use conditions,basalt fiber composites for geotechnical engineering were studied.Taking bidirectional woven basalt fiberboard as the experimental material,the durability of basalt fiberboard under ultraviolet irradiation was tested by using the experimental method of non-destructive specimens.The results showed that under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays,the surface of basalt fiber board samples turned yellow,and the gloss gradually disappeared,which led to the obvious decline of its quality.The failure mode of the specimen remained brittle under longitudinal tension,and ultraviolet aging had little effect on the relationship between load and displacement and the relationship between stress and strain.At the initial stage of ultraviolet aging,the mechanical properties of the specimens were gradually improved.Taking the elastic modulus of non destructive specimens as the evaluation index of the experiment could effectively reduce the experimental error.
