摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署。培养新型职业农民队伍是确保乡村振兴战略有效实施的关键。当前,农民队伍存在着整体素质水平较低、知识专业技能不高、思想观念落后等问题,这些都限制了乡村发展。因此,分析新型职业农民队伍建设的困境,探究新型职业农民队伍建设的有效路径,尤为必要。
Team building of new professional farmers is a decisive factor in the implementation of the strategy of rural revival,a policy of great significance made at CPC's 19th National Congress,because low overall quality,poor vocational skill and backward ideas among current farmers have constituted restrictions over rural development.Therefore,it is of great necessity to make an analysis of the difficulties in team building of new professional farmers and seek effective means of reinforcing the construction of such a team.
