摘要
借助Derwent Innovation国际专利分析数据库,从专利申请趋势、地区分布、技术布局、申请人、专利价值等角度,对重油临氢/供氢剂减黏裂化技术的相关专利(共计2454件)进行了分析,构建了相应的全球专利数据库。结果表明:临氢/供氢剂减黏裂化技术集中在中国、美国、法国和日本的专利商手中;中国石化虽然起步较晚,但申请量大,综合实力不容小觑;目前,该技术已处于衰退期,传统和新兴技术已进入狭窄的发展瓶颈区。
The patents(2454 in total)of hydro-gen visbreaking technology and hydrogen-supplying agent visbreaking technology for heavy oil were ana-lyzed by adopting Derwent Innovation international patent analysis database from the perspectives of ap-plication trends,regional distribution,technical lay-out,applicants,patent value,etc,and the corre-sponding global patent database was established.The results showed that the two technologies were mainly controlled in the hands of patent makers in China,United States,France and Japan.Although SINOPEC had a late start,but its application vol-ume was huge and its comprehensive strength should not be underestimated.At present,the technology had been in a decline period,traditional and emer-ging technologies had entered a narrow development bottleneck.
