专利文献视角下专利寿命影响因素研究:一项Meta分析被引量：2

Research on Influencing Factors of Patent Life from the Perspective of Patent Literature:One Meta-Analysis

摘要针对专利文献计量指标与专利寿命相关性研究中实证结果存在的不一致问题,采用定量的系统集成方法对相关研究进行梳理和再统计。从21篇实证研究文献当中,提取出了51项独立研究和10项专利文献计量指标,采用元分析方法将原始研究进行集成和定量分析,并进一步通过异质性分析不同调节变量对专利寿命调节效应的显著性。研究结果表明:发明人数量、前向引证频次、权利要求数量、审查周期、文献篇幅、同族国家数量、专利家族数量以及专利权人数量对专利寿命具有正向影响,后向引证频次和技术覆盖范围对专利寿命具有负向影响;同时,技术领域、授权国家以及专利权人类型对不同计量指标与专利寿命之间的关系均具有显著调节作用。 Aiming at the inconsistency of empirical results in the research on the correlation between patent bibliometric indicators and patent lifespan,a quantitative system integration method was used to sort out and re-statistical related research.This study extracted 51 independent studies and 10 patent bibliometric indicators from 21 empirical research literatures,used Meta analysis method to integrate and quantitatively analyze the original studies,and further analyzed heterogeneity.Significance of the moderating effect of different moderator variables on patent lifespan.The research results show that the number of inventors,the frequency of forward citations,the number of claims,the examination cycle,the length of the document,the number of countries of the same family,the number of patent families and the number of patent holders have a positive impact on the patent life.This index has a negative impact on patent life.At the same time,technical field,authorized country and type of patentee all have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between different measurement indicators and patent life.
