摘要
四川盆地五峰-龙马溪组页岩气资源量主要集中在大于3500 m埋深范围内,对其实施勘探开发具有重要意义。通过明确四川盆地深层页岩气藏的主要分布范围,在总结分析深层页岩气藏中关于应力与物性关系、脆性与岩石破裂模式、水平应力差与压裂改造效果等方面的特征基础上,深入剖析在对四川盆地五峰-龙马溪组深层页岩气实施勘探与开发过程中出现的关于勘探开发风险深度、钻完井以及压裂技术等相关问题。对此提出以下几个方面的建议:埋深4500 m为目前深层页岩气藏的勘探风险深度;在钻完井方面,建议采用强抑制水基钻井液,加强地震解释,优化水平井钻井轨迹和方位,采用旋转导向钻井工具等;在水力压裂方面,建议改变射孔方式,采用拉链式同步压裂,使用多尺寸粒径支撑剂以充填多级裂缝,考虑使用液氮等环保型压裂介质,建立和优化多流体运移机制的试井数学模型等。
The shale gas resources of Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in Sichuan Basin are mainly concentrated in the range of buried depth greater than 3500 m.It is of great significance to carry out exploration and development.The main distribution range of deep shale gas reservoirs in Sichuan Basin was clarified,and the relationship between stress and physical properties,brittleness and rock fracture mode,in-situ horizontal stress deviation and hydraulic fracturing effect were summarized and analyzed then.Based on the above research,deeply analyzed the depth of exploration and development risks,drilling and completion,and hydraulic fracturing technology during the exploration and development of deep shale gas of Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in Sichuan Basin.The research results suggest that the buried depth of 4500 m is the exploration risk depth of the deep shale gas reservoir at present.In the aspect of drilling and completion,it is recommended to use strong-inhibition water based drilling fluid,strengthen seismic interpretation,optimize horizontal well drilling trajectory and orientation,and adopt rotary directional drilling tools.In the aspect of hydraulic fracturing,it is recommended to use zipper type synchronous fracturing rather than the perforation method,use multi-size particle size proppant to fill multi-stage fractures,consider the use of environmentally friendly fracturing media such as liquid nitrogen,and establish and optimize the well test mathematical model of multi-fluid transport mechanism.
