虚实结合的实践教学模式在磁共振检查技术教学中的应用及效果分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨虚实结合的实践教学模式在磁共振检查技术教学中的应用及效果。方法:随机选择我校即将学习磁共振检查技术学的2017级医学影像技术专业学生与2016级医学影像技术专业学生分为观察组和对照组,每组学生64人;对照组同学采用传统方法进行磁共振检查技术学习,观察组同学在对照组基础上联合虚拟仿真系统进行教学,通过虚拟仿真实验教学项目使学生熟悉并掌握磁共振检查技术扫描注意事项、检查流程虚拟实践,再到教学医院实地见习临床工作中影像设备扫描,进一步强化实践操作能力培养。学习结束后对两组同学进行理论及实践考核,同时采用调查问卷方式对两组学生进行自主学习能力和教学满意度调查,比较两组间差异。结果:观察组学生理论考核得分为88.34±18.73,实践考核得分为94.21±17.34,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生自主学习能力高于对照组(P<0.05),调查满意为89.06%,与对照组相比,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虚实结合的实践教学模式在磁共振检查技术学教学中效果显著,既能提高学生对理论及实践知识的掌握,又能提高学生自主学习能力和满意度,充分调动学生的积极性,发挥学生主体和教师主导的作用,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of the practical teaching mode of combining reality with reality in the teaching of magnetic resonance examination technology.Methods:Randomly select 2017 medical imaging technology students and 2016 medical imaging technology students who are going to learn magnetic resonance examination technology in our school and divide them into observation group and control group,with 64 students in each group.The students in the control group used traditional methods to study magnetic resonance examination technology.The students in the observation group combined with the virtual simulation system to teach on the basis of the control group.Through the virtual simulation system,the students were familiar with and mastered the precautions of MRI scanning technology,andthe virtual practice of the inspection process.Then,we will scan the imaging equipment in the clinical work of the teaching hospital to further strengthen the cultivation of practical operation ability.After the study,the two groups of students were assessed theoretically and practically,and a questionnaire was used to investigate the autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students to compare the differences between the two groups.Results:The students in the observation group had a theoretical assessment score of 88.34±18.73 and a practical assessment score of 94.21±17.34,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The students in the observation group had higher autonomous learning ability than the control group(P<0.05),and the survey satisfaction was 89.06%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The practical teaching mode of combining reality with reality has a significant effect in the teaching of magnetic resonance examination technology.It can not only improve students'grasp of theoretical and practical knowledge,but also improve students'autonomous learning ability and satisfaction,fully mobilize students'enthusiasm,it's worth promoting.
