摘要
阐述了搪瓷反应釜的破裂原因及粘接修复工艺过程。通过破裂原因分析,加工过程中的缺陷及使用过程中温度、机械冲击等原因极易造成搪瓷反应釜的腐蚀破裂。搪瓷反应釜经过乙酸乙酯清洗、砂纸打磨及重铬酸钠-浓硫酸溶液处理后,表面清洁,浸润性良好,而后选用环氧-酚醛胶进行胶接。涂刷环氧-酚醛胶和无碱无蜡玻璃布贴敷相互交替操作,一般2~5次,然后80℃/2h+150℃/2h阶梯式固化,完成搪瓷反应釜的胶接修复工艺。最后通过水压法和电火花检测仪进行胶接质量检测,胶接修复效果良好。
The reason caused the rupture of the enamel reactor and the bonding repair process is introduced. The defects in processing and the temperature, mechanical impact can easily cause the corrosion cracking of the enamel reactor. The surface of enamel reactor is clean and has a good wettability after being washed by ethyl acetate, polished by the sandpaper and treated by the sodium dichromate-concentrated sulfuric acid solution,then the epoxy-phenolic resin adhesive is selected to bond. The epoxy-phenolic resin adhesive coating and glass cloth pasting is applied alternately for 2~5 times usually, then making it cured at 80℃ for 2 h and at 150℃ for 2 h to finish the bonding repair process for the reactor. Finally, the quality of bonding is tested by the water pressure method and the electric spark detector, which exhibits a good bonding repair result.
