汽车蓄电池箱壳体破裂的粘接修复

The Bonding Repair Process for the Rupture of Automobile Battery Case

摘要 阐述了汽车蓄电池箱壳体破裂的粘接修复工艺,采用交流电压法与渗透染色技术明确裂纹位置及形状,选用合理的表面处理方法对裂纹处进行表面处理,其中选用3%~6%的热的氢氧化钠碱液反复擦拭裂纹处进行脱脂处理,砂布打磨及重铬酸钾-浓硫酸化学处理液喷淋处理,最后用清水冲洗并干燥。采用环氧-聚硫胶与无碱无蜡玻璃纤维布进行胶接修复,修复过程中,涂胶与玻璃布贴敷交替进行,最后室温固化48h,完成整个粘接修复过程。 The bonding repair process for the rupture of automobile battery case is introduced. The AC voltage method and osmotic dyeing tech-nology is used to determine the location and shape of cracks;the appropriate surface treatment methods is selected for the treatment of the cracks;the3%~6% hot sodium hydroxide alkali solution is used to repeatedly wipe the cracks for degreasing treatment;and the sandpaper is applied to roughen the surface of the cracks;then potassium dichromate-concentrated sulfuric acid chemical solution is used for spraying treatment;finally the cracks are rinsed with water and dried. The epoxy-polysulfide adhesive and alkali-free wax-free glass fiber cloth are used for bonding repair. During the repair process, the adhesive coating and glass cloth pasting are applied alternately, then curing for 48 hours at room temperature, and the bonding repair pro-cess for the automobile battery case is completed.
