我国耐药结核病的诊疗及研究现状 被引量:8

Current status of diagnosis,treatment and research of drug resistant tuberculosis in China

摘要 目的了解结核病的流行现状、药物敏感诊断技术和抗结核病药物研究进展情况,为我国耐多药结核病的有效防控提供依据。方法查阅参考文献、归纳历年数据,分析目前常用检测方法的特异度与敏感度。结果结核病的预防和控制仍然是当今世界面临的重大公共卫生问题,而我国作为结核病的第二大国,其形势尤为严峻;提高耐药结核病的药敏检测技术是控制其发展的有效手段,而治疗主要依靠现有的几类抗结核病核心药物;但有研究表明在我国部分核心药物已出现耐药。结论需完善耐多药肺结核病的补偿政策、提高诊治水平,降低耐药结核病的发病风险,而研发新型的抗结核病药物仍是防控耐药结核病的首要任务。 Objective To understand the epidemic status of tuberculosis,drug sensitive diagnosis technology and research progress of anti-tuberculosis drugs,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of drug-resistant tuberculosis in China.Methods By consulting the references,collating data for the years,the specificity and sensitivity of the present detection methods were analyzed.Results The prevention and control of drug-resistant tuberculosis are still the major public health problem in the world.As the second largest country with tuberculosis prevalence,the situation is very severe in China.It is the effective measure to improve detection level of the drug susceptibility test technology for controlling the progress of resistant tuberculosis.The treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis mainly depends on several drugs of anti-tuberculosis at present,and studies show some of the drugs developed drug resistance in China.Conclusions The compensation policy of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis should be perfected,and the level of diagnosis and treatment improved to reduce the onset risk of drug-resistant tuberculosis.The development of new anti-tuberculosis drugs is the top priority for preventing and controlling the resistant tuberculosis.
