摘要
目的:探讨对不完全性肠梗阻患者给予西医联合大承气汤加手法按摩治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2004年9月-2017年9月我院收治的90例不完全性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,采用掷币法将患者分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组患者均给予常规西医对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予大承气汤、手法按摩联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗情况。结果:观察组、对照组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹部胀痛缓解时间、肠功能恢复时间、肛门排便排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院时中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不完全性肠梗阻患者给予西医联合大承气汤加手法按摩治疗能有效缓解患者临床症状,促进胃肠功能恢复,肛门排便排气,缩短患者住院日,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of western medicine,the Dachengqi decoction(大承气汤)and massage on incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:By coin toss method,90 patients were divided into the observation group and control group,45 cases in each.All patients were given symptomatic treatment of conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was given the Dachengqi decoction and massage more.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in total efficiency between groups(P<0.05).The relief time of abdominal distension and pain,recovery time of intestinal function,anal defecation and exhaust time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The western medicine,the Dachengqi decoction and massage on treating incomplete intestinal obstruction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and anal defecation and exhaust,shorten the hospitalization days,which is worthy of promotion.
