摘要
目的探讨通腑药膳治疗不完全性肠梗阻(Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction)的临床疗效。方法选取本院普外科收治的56例不完全性肠梗阻患者,收治时间为2016年6月至2019年6月,把患者随机分为两组(对照组28例,药膳组28例)。对照组给予传统常规治疗,药膳组在对照组传统常规治疗的基础上,给予通腑药膳鼻饲、保留灌肠治疗,两组疗程均为7 d。治疗后观察两组患者缓解腹痛、腹胀,恢复排气、排便等临床症状改善情况,比较住院天数、住院费用,并对比临床疗效。结果完成56例,其中药膳组28例,对照组28例,两组患者性别、年龄比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),有可比性;经治疗后,药膳组缓解腹痛、腹胀,恢复排气、排便时间较对照组短(P<0.05);住院时间、住院费用药膳组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比临床疗效,药膳组总有效率为92.9%高于对照组的82.1%(P<0.05)。结论传统常规治疗加用通腑药膳治疗不完全性肠梗阻,临床疗效高,使用安全,无明显不良反应及副作用,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongfu medicated diet on incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods 56 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into 28 cases of the control group and 28 cases of the test group from June 2016 to June 2019.The control group was given conventional treatment,the test group was given nasal feeding and retention enema with Tongfu medicated diet on the basis of conventional treatment.After treatment,the two groups of patients were observed the improvement of clinical symptoms.Results There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the time of relieving abdominal pain,bloating,recovery of exhaust defecation in the test group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).In length of stay and cost between the medicated diet group and the control group were no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the medicated diet group was 92.9%higher than that of the control group 82.1%(P<0.05).Conclusions The traditional treatment plus Tongfu medicated diet for incomplete intestinal obstruction has high clinical efficacy,safety,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
