摘要
目的:分析探讨创伤性骨折患者采取中医疼痛控制护理模式对术后康复的影响。方法:本次研究对象是东源县人民医院2017年10月-2019年3月收治的60例创伤性骨折患者,经随机划分法将其分为两组,30例对照组患者采取常规治疗与护理模式,另外30例观察组患者采取中医疼痛控制护理模式,对两组研究对象治疗后的骨折愈合时间、住院时间以及干预前疼痛评分进行分析比较。结果:观察组骨折愈合时间(6.32±0.43)周,住院时间(11.02±2.43)天,均短于对照组骨折愈合时间(6.32±0.43)周,住院时间(11.02±2.43)天,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预前疼痛评分(8.43±1.15)分,对照组疼痛评分(8.32±1.02)分,差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预1天后疼痛评分(6.89±1.34)分,干预3天后(4.03±0.36)分,干预1周后(2.17±0.38)分,对照组干预1天后疼痛评分(7.92±1.13)分,干预3天后(5.76±0.45)分,干预1周后(3.82±0.43)分,观察组干预后疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予创伤性骨折患者中医疼痛控制护理模式,具有良好的临床效果,能够缩短住院时间,缓解患者疼痛程度,加快病情恢复速度,获得良好的康复效果,提升患者护理满意度,确保骨折愈合,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine pain control nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:The subjects of this study were 60 patients with traumatic fractures who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019.They were divided into two groups by randomization,and 30 patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing mode.Another 30 patients in the observation group received the Chinese medicine pain control nursing model.The fracture healing time,hospitalization time and pre-intervention pain scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The fracture healing time(6.32±0.43)weeks and hospitalization time(11.02±2.43)days in the observation group were shorter than the fracture healing time(6.32±0.43)weeks and the hospitalization time(11.02±2.43)days in the control group.The difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);pain scores of the observation group before intervention were(8.43±1.15)and those of the control group were(8.32±1.02),the difference was of no statistical significance(P>0.05),After 1 day intervention,the pain score of the observation group was(6.89±1.34),3 days after intervention,it was(4.03±0.36),1 week after intervention,it was(2.17±0.38),and that of the control group was(7.92±1.13),(5.76±0.45),(3.82±0.43)respectively,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM pain control nursing mode has good clinical effect for patients with traumatic fracture,it can shorten hospitalization time,relieve patient pain degree,speed up disease recovery,obtain good rehabilitation effect,improve patient care satisfaction,and ensure fracture healing,which was of clinical promotion value.
